Heavenly Father, You protected your faithful servant Januarius
and his companions who were thrown to the bears,
now we ask that You protect us from the COVID-19 virus
which has swept to every corner of our world.
O Sacred Heart of Jesus,
to You I consecrate and offer up my person and my life,
my actions, trials, and sufferings, that my entire being
may henceforth only be employed in loving,
honoring and glorifying You.
This is my irrevocable will, to belong entirely to You,
and to do all for Your love, renouncing with my whole heart
all that can displease You.

The total number of cases of coronavirus in Peru on 9/12/2020 was 722,832 with 50.7% in Lima and Callao, and 30,526 deaths. The curfew in Peru is from 10pm to 4am. Sundays have again been declared lockdown days. Family and other social gatherings have been banned as well as religious ceremonies.
Lord your words are spirit and life.
They give me the strength and wisdom I need

May 2020 was the 40th anniversary of the Gwangju Democratic Movement, an event that has shaped modern Korea history. Following the assassination of the dictatorial president Park Chunghee in October 1979, the spring of 1980 was a time of great hope and expectation for democracy in Korea. The country was preparing for free elections, and people were holding public rallies demanding change.
